Position: Industrial Equipment Specialist

Core Responsibilities:
- Lead with innovation in mechanical and electrical troubleshooting and repair.
- Embrace comprehensive maintenance duties including work on conveyors motors and hydraulic systems.
- Execute complex repairs and machinery diagnostics.
- Maintain effective communication across shifts.
- Sustain our commitment to quality by ensuring strict adherence to safety procedures and guidelines.
What You Bring:
- Experience in electromechanical troubleshooting.
- Capacity for independent proactive problemsolving.
- Bachelors degree in mechanical engineering preferred but not required.
- Strong mathematical reasoning and application of concepts.
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills.
