This position is part of the Shipping/Receiving and Distribution department located in Fargo ND and will be onsite. At Aldevron we combine bestinclass products and servicewith the ideal operating environment to lay the groundworkfor vital new discoveries worldwide. You will be a part of the Shipping/Receiving and Distribution team and report to the Shipping Manager.
In this role you will have the opportunity to:
Complete foreign and domestic waybills as required.
Assure materials and shipments conform to import/export requirements and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
Communicate with internal departments to plan shipments.
The essential requirements of the job include:
High School Diploma or equivalent
Two years experience in a logistics role preferred
Working knowledge of inventory software systems (D365 and knowledge of excel to intermediate level and Smartsheet.
Experience packaging storing and handling sensitive products.
It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:
International shipping documents
Technical writing skills
