Brio Digital is partnered with a company in the financial services sector who are currently growing their mobile engineering function.
We are looking for a Senior iOS developer to support them as they build their mobile retail banking application.
Overview;
- Role; Senior iOS Developer
- Salary;
- Location; London 2x/week)
Senior iOS Developer Key Responsibilities:
- Design develop and maintain highquality iOS applications using Swift.
- Collaborate with product managers designers and other developers to implement new features and enhance existing ones.
- Integrate thirdparty APIs and services to enhance app functionality.
- Ensure the performance quality and responsiveness of applications through rigorous testing and optimization.
- Stay uptodate with the latest iOS development best practices tools and technologies.
- Contribute to all phases of the app development lifecycle from concept to deployment and beyond.
Senior iOS Developer Experience:
- Professional experience in iOS development.
- Experience within Banking/Financial services or highly regulated environments.
- Proficiency in Swift and experience with ObjectiveC is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of iOS SDK and development tools such as Xcode.
- Experience with RESTful APIs and thirdparty libraries.
- Familiarity with version control systems particularly Git.
- Understanding of Apples design principles and interface guidelines.
- Strong problemsolving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
NicetoHaves:
- Experience with modern iOS architectures (e.g. MVVM VIPER).
- Familiarity with automated testing frameworks for iOS (e.g. XCTest).
- Knowledge of App Store submission process and guidelines.
- Experience with continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.
