- Working knowledge of 2D modeling software
- Use computeraided design (CAD) software to create drawings and plans
- Collaborate with architects and engineers on projects
- Determine the proper size and materials for products
- Add details to architectural plans
- Experience with the production of structural and/or civil engineering drawings for telecommunications new site builds upgrades and fiber optic networks
