Halcyon Home is hiring a Hospice LMSW PRN to support our growing geriatric Hospice population in San Marcos TX and surrounding areas. We offer competitive pay and wonderful team support.

- Licensed as an LMSW
- Knowledge or experience utilizing Homecare Homebase EMR would be a plus
- Minimum of one year of hospice care experience
- Minimum of one year of social work experience
- Compassionate and empathetic approach to working with the elderly
- Strong clinical and assessment skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
