Our client is seeking driven and energetic individuals to join their dynamic team as Health Insurance Sales Representatives. Location: Boca Raton FL (Approximate area; exact location details provided upon application)
Shift Hours: Monday to Friday 10 AM 8 PM
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage in health insurance sales with a focus on under 65 (u65 telemarketing and direct sales.
- Adhere to inbound marketing strategies ensuring effective conversion rates.
- Collaborate with team members to meet sales targets and contribute to the growth of the company.
- Stay punctual and demonstrate a consistent work ethic adapting to a highenergy youthdriven work culture.
Requirements:
- Must be under 30 years old to align with the companys youthful team culture.
- Sales experience preferred; experience in u65 health insurance sales is a plus but candidates with strong sales potential will be trained.
- A strong desire to succeed along with a readiness to put in the work and thrive in a salesdriven environment.
Compensation:
- Pure Commission: 5075 commission on sales reflecting the competitive structure in place to reward top performers.
