Job Summary
The Drexel HOPE Program Manager oversees all clinical and grant operations of the Drexel HOPE mobile streetside and community clinics under the supervision of the Program Director. Drexel HOPEs mission is to increase access to substance dependence and infectious disease services utilizing the principles of Harm Reduction and traumainformed care.
Essential Functions
- Oversee operations of mobile unit 2 days/week including but not limited to: Manage mobile unit schedule including registration and patient checkins manage supply inventory interpreting/communicating UDS results support tabling and outreach assist with scheduling linkage appointments and insurance applications as needed.
- Oversee coordination of community popup clinics including but not limited to: Identify and outreach to potential community partners including mobile and street medicine groups shelters recovery and halfway houses pharmacies medical and behavioral health clinics etc.; establish engage and maintain relationships with community partners; schedule 24 popup clinics monthly in conjunction with PRSS and RN; coordinate adequate staffing and supplies for popup clinics.
- Grant management and communication with program funders including but not limited to: Ensure program meets grant goals and objectives; prepare grant data and reports; assist program director and grants manager with preparation of budgets and monitoring the budget on a monthly basis; schedule and attend regular meetings with grant funders.
- Support with viral hepatitis patient navigation as needed in partnership with RN.
- Liase with staff including but not limited to: Coordination of 2 Peer Recovery Specialists in conjunction with BHC; recruit and staff; train coach and monitor program staff in implementation of program activities and procedures; review CRS weekly schedule; support CRSs w/ outreach planning and followup.
- Support student learning in conjunction with the Program Director: Coordinate student schedules; oversee MPH student project; support student research projects.
- Complete administrative tasks including but not limited to: Prepare weekly meeting agendas and patient report; order supplies and print materials; submit payments and invoices on Ariba; facilitate MOUs; answer HOPE intake line and email (MF).
- Support with management of program database including but not limited to: collecting paper forms and program data to enter into Redcap database tracking patient outcomes reviewing PDMP data and assisting Program Director in refining database variables as needed.
- Other duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of Bachelors Degree in Psychology Public Health orthe equivalent combination of education and work experience.
- Minimum of 2 years in program coordination management
- Program coordination and management skills
- Experience in community outreach and partnership development
- Grant management and reporting skills
- Staff supervision and training skills
- Database Management
- Knowledge of substance use disorders associated infectious diseases Harm Reduction and traumainformed care principles
- Skills in scheduling communication and problemsolving
Preferred Qualifications
Masters in Public Health or Masters in Social Work In one of the following:
- Working in harm reduction settings
- With mobile health clinics or communitybased outreach/healthcare
- Supervisory experience in a clinical or social service setting.
Competencies:
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with diverse populations.
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with community partners and stakeholders.
- Knowledge of substance use disorders infectious diseases and related health issues.
- Proficiency in data collection analysis and reporting.
- Bilingual (Spanish) language skills (not required)

This position is classified as Exempt grade K. Compensation for this grade ranges from$54630.00to $ 81940 per yearPlease note that the offered rate for thisposition typically aligns with the minimum to midrange of this grade but it can vary based on thesuccessful candidates qualifications and experience department budget and an internal equity review.
