The North Plainfield School District a culturally diverse school district in Somerset County serving 3700 students PreK through grade 12 seeks a dynamic enthusiastic and innovative professional for the position of Physical Education/ Health Teacher (Long term Leave Replacement) at North Plainfield Middle School.

Qualifications Include:

Teacher of Heath/Physical Education Certification
Elementary teaching experience preferred
Strong classroom management

For those still in the process of attaining certification please know that the North Plainfield School District is approved for participation in the NJDOE Limited Certificate Program which may allow you to work in a full time role as you complete your final certification requirements. North Plainfield also offers a competitive benefits package.

Salary: $66765 (minimum) to $99470 (maximum) commensurate with experience

Benefits as per contract: Medical dental flexible spending tuition reimbursement paid time off professional development mentoring.
