Responsibilities:
Perform 3rd line user support by diagnosing and resolving application problems.
Conduct application maintenance configuration and documentation.
Analyze and understand existing customized application configurations and developments.
Collaborate with developers to develop appropriate application enhancements and prepare specifications.
Work closely with crossfunctional teams including process & solution analysts project managers and developers to define and deliver technical projects related to relevant applications.
Assist Process & Solution Analysts in identifying process improvement opportunities through the use of existing or future technologies.
Play a key role in managing multiple concurrent projects.
Facilitate handovers to support and training teams.
Assist with 3rd party vendor SLA management where relevant.
Quality assure and test application configurations and developments.
Identify and report recurring system problems.
Facilitate enduser training on an ad hoc basis supporting 2nd line support.
Perform afterhours standby and work in shifts to support 24/7 operations.
Resolve identified and allocated risks.
Ensure compliance with policies procedures and risk management strategies.
