Are you a motivated and dynamic individual ready to make impactful sales in a competitive yet supportive environment Worxweb Solutions is actively seeking a Sales Representative on behalf of our prestigious client a leading carrier in the moving industry. This role offers an exciting opportunity to engage directly with customers and drive sales success.
Location: Oakland Park FL (Approximate area exact location details provided upon application)
Shift Hours:
- Monday to Thursday: 1 PM 9 PM
- OFF FRIDAYS
- Saturday & Sunday: 1 PM 9 PM
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with customers through both inbound and outbound calls.
- Manage and organize sales leads effectively.
- Build and maintain rapport with customers to establish trust and loyalty.
- Finalize contracts and close deals efficiently to drive sales performance.
Requirements:
- Must be available to work during the specified hours.
- Proven experience in phone sales.
- Preferred experience in moving sales.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Training Pay: Ranges from $300 to $500 a week depending on experience.
- PostTraining Compensation: Purely commissionbased:
- $0 $4999: 15
- $5000 $7499: 20
- $7500 $12000: 25
- $12000 and above: 30
