Job Description
Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and resultsdriven Project Manager to oversee and coordinate multiple construction projects at Earth Tech. In this role you will ensure that projects are completed on time within scope and aligned with company goals. You will work closely with clients internal teams and key stakeholders to drive project success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate multiple projects ensuring timely completion and adherence to budget and scope.
- Plan and organize project tasks schedules and resources effectively.
- Provide regular project updates to customers their representatives and internal team members.
- Align project outcomes with company goals and strategies to contribute to business priorities.
- Foster collaboration across departments to achieve successful project completion.
- Delegate tasks to team members based on their expertise and skills.
- Optimize project timelines and deliverables to maximize efficiency.
- Prepare presentations and reports to track and communicate project progress.
- Keep the project team focused on achieving the final goal.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Proven experience in project management with a demonstrated ability to solve problems and manage complex tasks.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
- Excellent organizational time management and communication skills (both verbal and written).
- Ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize effectively.
- Strong proficiency in reading and interpreting engineered blueprints drawings and elevations.
