We are so excited to announce an outstanding opportunity to join a prestigious luxury hotel group in the Cotswolds. As Director of Sales & Marketing youll lead the sales and marketing strategy driving revenue growth boosting brand recognition and ensuring the ongoing success of this exceptional establishment.
As the Director of Sales & Marketing youll collaborate with senior leadership partners and your team to develop strategies that uphold the groups luxury positioning and drive commercial success. Youll oversee brand development sales strategy market insights and events while building strong stakeholder relationships.

- 75000 to 85000 per annum
- 30 days annual leave (rising to 35 after 5 years)

Responsibilities as the Director of Sales & Marketing
- Developing and implementing forwardthinking sales and marketing strategies to align with business objectives and drive revenue growth.
- Acting as the brand guardian ensuring consistent messaging and identifying opportunities for brand enhancement.
- Fostering strong relationships with internal teams and external stakeholders for seamless of sales and marketing efforts.
- Conducting indepth market analysis to identify trends business opportunities and potential threats maintaining commercial awareness.
- Leading and supporting the marketing sales and events teams ensuring skill development performance and overall team success.
