CNC Miller (Programmer / Setter / Operator)
Salary: Up to 21.00 per hour
Location: Near Didcot Oxfordshire
Hours: MondayFriday 39 hours per week)
Start Date: ASAP
Type: Permanent FullTime
We are looking for an experienced CNC Miller to join a busy and forwardthinking engineering workshop near Didcot. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a clean modern facility using the latest CNC machinery on a wide range of highprecision components for sectors such as Medical Nuclear and SemiConductor industries.

CNC Miller Responsibilities:
Program set and operate 3 4 and 5 Axis CNC milling machines
Interpret and work from detailed engineering drawings
Produce layout sheets documenting tooling setups and machine parameters for consistency
Machine highprecision parts to very tight tolerances (typically around 20m)
Perform selfinspection using measuring equipment (e.g. micrometers verniers gauges)
Assist and train less experienced operators to maintain quality and standards
Requirements:
Minimum of 5 years experience programming and operating CNC milling machines
Skilled in Heidenhain controls (Fanuc experience desirable)
Familiar with operating machines such as Doosan Matsuura and Mazak
Able to machine large parts up to 2.5m when required
Apprenticeshiptrained (preferred but not essential)
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to rightfirsttime manufacturing
