This role requires a strong leader with a proven track record in team management system implementation and operational strategy. The ideal candidate must be highly organized solutionoriented and comfortable being on call when needed with the flexibility to travel to facilities as required. Exceptional people skills are essential as this position involves regular customer interaction and ensuring service excellence.
Responsibilities Include:
Team Management & Leadership:
Oversee and lead a team of supervisors responsible for managing onsite staff at multiple facilities.
Provide guidance support and professional development to ensure optimal team performance.
Operational Strategy & System Implementation:
Develop and implement operational strategies to enhance facility efficiency and productivity.
Proactively identify challenges and implement systems to streamline operations and prevent recurring issues.
Customer Interaction & Service Excellence:
Engage with customers regularly to ensure service excellence and address any concerns or feedback.
Maintain strong client relationships and ensure that facilities are meeting service standards.
OnCall Support & Travel:
Be on call when necessary to provide immediate solutions to operational challenges.
Travel to various facilities as required to oversee operations and provide handson support.
Ideal Qualifications:
Proven experience in team management and operational strategy preferably in facilities management.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage teams across multiple locations.
Exceptional organizational problemsolving and timemanagement abilities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective customer interaction.
Ability to be flexible and adaptable to meet operational needs including oncall support and travel.
