R.J. Kielty Plumbing Heating and Cooling has been serving Florida communities for over 50 years. With locations in New Port Richey Brandon and Orlando we are a stable and growing company seeking qualified HVAC Service Installers to join our team.
Position Overview:The HVAC Service Installer is responsible for the installation of residential and light commercial HVAC systems and delivering excellent service to customers.
Job Responsibilities:- Install HVAC systems including all necessary components.
- Read and interpret blueprints and technical specifications.
- Maintain punctual and reliable attendance.
- Maintain a clean and orderly worksite including customer homes and properties.
- Follow all company safety standards and maintain a high level of workmanship quality.
- Communicate professionally with customers and coworkers.
- Maintain a clean organized and properly stocked company vehicle.
- Represent the company in a professional and respectful manner at all times.
- Minimum 3 years of HVAC installation experience.
- Ability to read and work from blueprints.
- Own the tools necessary for HVAC installation.
- Valid Florida drivers license with clean driving record
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Strong focus on customer service and attention to detail.
- Professional appearance and conduct.
Preferred but not required:
- EPA Certification
- Experience in troubleshooting and diagnosing HVAC systems
