About the Role
To provide a comprehensive and flexible councilwide tailored business support service to internal and external customers of Nottingham City Council enabling consistency of service delivery across the council and wider community.
Business Support Officers at L2 are expected to advise and respond to a range of enquiries from customers signposting to services and requesting responses on their behalf. They will also organise maintain and develop information systems progress chase on a range of matters to ensure colleagues achieve Corporate Departmental and external deadlines as well as effectively communicating with internal and external customers face to face in writing and over the telephone while adhering to the business support standards.
The successful candidates will provide administrative support to the team at Cherry Trees is a modern residential care home in Bestwood Parkoffering luxurious facilities and outstanding care for up to 45 residentsaged 65 and over. With a nurturing environment and compassionate caregivers Cherry Trees ensures residents maintain independence and peace of mind.
