Job Title: Personal Lines (PL) Producer
Location: Lemoyne PA
Number of Openings: 1
Position Overview:
We are looking for a driven and experienced Personal Lines Producer to join our dynamic team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Generation: Handle all aspects of sales including sourcing new business through cold and warm leads as well as identifying crossselling opportunities.
- Customer Engagement: Build and maintain strong client relationships through proactive outreach and followups.
- Account Management: Manage accounts ensuring a smooth transition from prospect to policyholder.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the quoting specialist and CSR teams to ensure clients receive the best possible service and coverage options.
Required Qualifications:
- License: Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance license is required.
- Experience: A minimum of 2 years of experience in personal lines insurance sales.
- Skills: Strong sales abilities with experience handling both cold and warm leads. Must be comfortable with clientfacing responsibilities and have excellent communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Software: AMS 360
Compensation & Benefits:
- Salary: Base salary up to $60000 plus commission.
- 401(k): Includes a 401(k) plan with a profitsharing option.
