TITLE: Regulatory Compliance Manager / Healthcare AccreditationLocation: Columbus OHNow is your chance to join a Forbes magazine top 100 hospital where career growth and opportunity await are committed to building healthcare teams whose care exceeds the expectations of their patients and community and are looking for quality talent who share the same nestled in a beautiful rural setting but close enough to the big city to enjoy that too!If that sounds like the change you are looking for please read onWhat theyre looking for:Bachelors degree in nursing or related field (Masters preferred).Licensed in the state of Ohio as a Registered Nurse 3 years of progressive experience in healthcare compliance accreditation or quality management including leadership experience with accreditation supporting or managing healthcare identity or similar management interpersonal leadership analytical and communication to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.Hours and compensation potential:The position is full range starts at 82K and goes up with benefits package being offered.What youll be doing:The Regulatory Compliance Manager reports to the Director of Corporate Integrity and is responsible for overseeing all aspects of regulatory and accreditation compliance across the healthcare leadership role ensures continuous readiness for surveys maintains systemwide compliance with accrediting bodiesthe Accreditation Commission for Health Care (ACHC) and Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities (CARF)and regulatory agencies and provides strategic support for the Imprivata platform to enhance healthcare identity management and data and manages compliance with all federal state and local regulatory requirements for inpatient and outpatient all accreditation activities including CARF ACHC Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services Standards and Conditions of Participation and the Ohio Department of Health ensuring ongoing readiness and successful survey survey preparedness initiatives including gap analyses action plan development and postsurvey corrective the Accreditation Planning Team ensuring regular updates and education for leadership and staff on regulatory strong working relationships with accrediting and regulatory agencies legal services senior leadership and medical and submits accreditation applications and documentation for all hospitalbased the implementation and ongoing support of the Imprivata platform collaborating with IT and clinical leaders to ensure secure efficient access to healthcare data and compliance with identity management Imprivata is leveraged to streamline clinician workflows enhance data security simplify password management and support HIPAA leadership and guidance to compliance staff fostering a culture of continuous improvement and regulatory regulatory compliance presentations and training across the and reviews audits assessments and regulatory research reporting findings to the Director and executive in and leads relevant committees to communicate regulatory guidelines and best info:Position will report to the Director of Corporate Compliance whom is well respected within the youre a passionate Regulatory Compliance Manager and seeking a rewarding career in a collaborative healthcare setting this is the opportunity youve been waiting for.
