Qualifications
Cherokee Casino Grove is seeking a Cage Player Services Supervisor to be responsible for leading and managing the Cage and Player Services departments ensuring smooth operations and achieving department goals. This position requires a strong understanding of casino operations including cash handling customer service and regulatory compliance.
Schedule: Subject to change based on the needs of the business.
- 5 days a week; 3p11p or 6:30p to close
- Weekends: 7:30p to close
Responsibilities
- Supervise and direct the work of Cage and Player Services staff including scheduling training and performance evaluations.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations including Title 31 and company policies.
- Resolve guest complaints and disputes effectively.
- Implement and oversee the casinos rewards program.
- Compile and analyze daily weekly and monthly reports.
- Oversee ATM and kiosk operations including cash balances and reconciliations.
- Verify funds and complete shift closeout procedures.
- Ensure accurate and timely processing of all financial transactions.
- Coordinate and audit operational and promotional inventory.
- Maintain a positive and professional work environment for staff and guests.
- Ensure the integrity and confidentiality of all guest information.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED.
- 13 years of experience in cash handling customer service and/or casino operations.
- Supervisory experience preferred.
- Strong leadership communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent customer service and problemsolving skills.
- Strong organizational and timemanagement skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Knowledge of casino gaming operations and regulations.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to work in a fastpaced and often demanding environment.
- Ability to work varied shifts including weekends and holidays.
- Ability to lift and carry objects up to 50 pounds.
- Ability to work in a casino environment which may include exposure to secondhand smoke and crowd noise.
- Ability to obtain and maintain licensing by the appropriate gaming authority.
