Job Description

Role and Responsibilities:

The Manager of Projects and Process Development will conduct longrange planning for the organizations facilities and services implementing solutions and projects as approved.

This role requires a high degree of responsibility and offers the opportunity to make a tangible impact developing new strategies and fostering an environment of growth and teamwork.

Supervisory Responsibilities:

  • Recruits interviews hires and trains staff to assist with projects.
  • Oversees the daily workflow related to projects and their development.

Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Serves as a liaison with executives department heads and board members to ensure that organizational goals are met.
  • Draft schedules for implementation of longrange plans and proposals.
  • Monitors project progress drafting and distributing periodic progress reports for leadership and stakeholders.
  • Maintains compliance with applicable laws regulations policies and best practices.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned.

  • Excellent time management skills with proven ability to meet deadlines.
  • Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.

  • Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelors degree in economics Business Administration or related field required; MBA preferred.
  • At least five years of related experience required with highlevel management experience preferred.
