Shape the Future of Risk & Compliance at Riverflex
We are looking for a dynamic and entrepreneurial leader to build and grow our Risk & Compliance practice at Riverflex. This is a unique opportunity to develop a new capability in technology risk and cybersecurity consulting with a primary focus on the UK market.
As Risk and Compliance Lead you will be responsible for business development leadership and client delivery. You will drive strategic growth win new business and lead highimpact engagements with toptier clients. If you have a strong background in risk and cybersecurity consulting a proven track record in selling security services and a passion for building something new we want to hear from you!
Your Role
Grow and Lead the Practice
Establish and expand our Risk & Compliance consulting capability from the ground up.
Shape strategic direction service offerings and thought leadership in the field.
Ensure excellence in delivery for major clients across industries.
Business Development & Client Leadership
Win new clients and drive business development initiatives particularly in cybersecurity.
Develop and pitch compelling proposals that secure consulting engagements.
Cultivate and maintain strong client relationships at the executive level.
Risk Compliance & Cybersecurity Expertise
Provide expert advisory on cyber strategy security risk management compliance frameworks (ISO27001 SOC2 NIS2 and risk governance.
Guide clients in navigating technologydriven risk and compliance challenges.
Stay ahead of regulatory changes industry trends and evolving threats.
Team Leadership & Development
Build mentor and lead a highperforming consulting team.
Foster a collaborative and innovative work environment.
Develop and scale internal capabilities to support growth.
What Were Looking For
10 years of experience in risk and compliance consulting cybersecurity or technology risk management.
Proven track record in business development securing and delivering highvalue consulting engagements.
Expertise in cybersecurity frameworks risk management and compliance standards (ISO27001 NIS2 SOC2 etc..
Strong leadership stakeholder management and strategic advisory skills.
Experience building consulting teams and driving growth initiatives.
Certifications such as CISSP CISA CISM and CRISC are a plus.
UK market experience is highly preferred.
