About the role

Ballarat Clarendon College is seeking a fulltime Admissions Administrator to join the Admissions team on a fixed term for 12 months

All staff at Clarendon are employed to provide the best possible education for each and every student. Staff are expected to exhibit the highest standards of professional practice.

The Admissions team is focused on quality service delivery to support Clarendons enrolment departures and scholarship processes. A high degree of effort attention to detail and commitment to achieving progress are pivotal to our purpose.

Administrators that are successful in joining the Clarendon team are excellent team players and confident communicators that are fully committed to the school and its community.

Role tasks and responsibilities

This role will require:

  • provision of highlevel customer service to current and future parents and other internal and external stakeholders.
  • excellent ICT skills including highlevel proficiency with relevant software.
  • excellent interpersonal and problemsolving skills when liaising with colleagues parents members of the community and the public.
  • the ability to work both autonomously and within a team.
  • the capacity to identify and implement opportunities to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
  • a willingness to fully engage in annual goal setting and professional review.

The successful applicant will be required to demonstrate competencies throughout the selection process that may include scenariobased assessment.
