Position Purpose:
The Sr. Manager Program Operations is responsible for leading strategic marketing initiatives crossfunctional program and platform and learning operations to ensure organizational alignment operational efficiency and scalable business growth for Orange Apron Media.
Key Responsibilities:
- 25 Marketing & Communications: Supervise the development and of marketing strategies including sales enablement product marketing and brand development ensuring alignment with organizational goals and supporting the needs of internal and external partners.
- 25 Program Management: Oversee crossfunctional teams ensuring strategic initiatives are executed efficiently and on time driving forward programlevel priorities workstreams
- 25 Platform Operations: Manage platformrelated operations including learning onboarding and knowledge base systems optimizing for scalability and effectiveness.
- 15 Leadership & Collaboration: Lead and guide a team of managers sr. analysts analysts ensuring strong communication and crossdepartment alignment.
- 10 Process Optimization & Efficiency: Identify opportunities for process improvements driving organizational efficiency and ensuring streamlined operations.

Travel Requirements:
- Typically requires overnight travel 5 to 20 of the time.
Physical Requirements:
- Most of the time is spent sitting in a comfortable position and there is frequent opportunity to move about. On rare occasions there may be a need to move or lift light articles.
Working Conditions:
- Located in a comfortable indoor area. Any unpleasant conditions would be infrequent and not objectionable.
