Hospitalist Opportunity (Days) in Fargo ND
PRACTICE SPECIFICS
- Physicianled Practice: Join a dedicated team of fulltime Hospitalists at Essentia Health Hospital in Fargo ND.
- Hospital Information: 140 Beds Closed ICU
- Team Composition: Strong collegial team atmosphere with 20 fulltime hospitalists and NP support.
- Patient Load: Manage an average of 1417 patients per hospitalist.
- Procedures: No procedures required.
- Support: Access specialty and 24/7 intensivist support.
- Shift: Daytime Hospitalist
- Scheduling: 7/7 on & off. Flexible shifts and scheduling options.
REQUIREMENTS
- Qualifications: BC/BE in Internal Medicine or BC/BE in Family Medicine with a strong interest and experience in hospitalbased care (mentorship opportunities available).
- Skills: Excellent interpersonal skills and strong team orientation.
LOCATION
- Geography: Centrally located on the border of North Dakota & Minnesota.
- Proximity: 3.5 hours west of Minneapolis/St. Paul.
- Community: FargoMoorhead population over 200000 offering a high quality of life with affordable living excellent schools and diverse recreational opportunities.
- Service Area: Regional service area includes 25 clinics and 5 hospitals.
COMPENSATION
- $337000. Hired candidates may be eligible to receive additional compensation in the form of bonuses quality incentives or productionbased compensation.
