Amazon is looking for a Program Manager II to plan and execute transportation supply chain initiatives in the Americas with a primary focus on Canada market. This is a highly visible role with focus on transportation network planning and continuous improvement. The role will lead cadence driven planning workflows cross functional initiatives for improving network performance manage resources and risk steer key decisions and drive implementation. Stakeholders include senior leaders at Amazon technology and nontechnology partner teams as well as external vendors and partners.
Key job responsibilities
Lead crossfunctional workflows driving S&OP and mid/long term plan. Analyze upstream business metrics used as inputs and use sound forecasting approaches to produce detailed plan for business in Canada network.
Capture insights from business into future plans and improve plan accuracy flexibility and resiliency
Develop functional requirements (tech and nontech) localized for country specific compliance. Build tools and processes to continuously improve plan KPIs.
Liaise directly with senior leadership to provide insights from deep dives build recommendations and drive timely decisions.

3 years of program or project management experience
3 years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics experience
Knowledge of Excel at an intermediate level (e.g. pivot tables & charts multiple criteria lookups nested logical/IF formulas data cleansing array formulas etc.
Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
Experience working cross functionally with tech and nontech teams
3 years of driving end to end delivery and communicating results to senior leadership experience
3 years of driving process improvements experience
Experience in stakeholder management dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization
Experience building processes project management and schedules

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $66800/year in our lowest geographic market up to $142800/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on jobrelated knowledge skills and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
