Job Description
You will be instrumental in helping us leverage supporting and developing technologies on any platform to increase global collaboration increase efficiency and meet our controller ship requirements. You will work directly with our business teams to solve their support needs with the existing applications and collect requirements and ways to improve their processes. You will be responsible for implementing and maintaining the solutions you provide. You will work with our other technical teams to ensure the design is effective and complements our other tools such as Laserfiche ECM Concur and other in house custom developed applications across platform stacks (including SQL Java/.NET/C#/Perl/Python) or SaaS.
You will also be supporting enterprisewide implementations of Web Applications/SaaS applications

Key job responsibilities
Support Engineer in CrossBorder support team drives the operation excellence goals for Global store services. The engineer will own OE goals of one service/module and be a Subject Matter Expert on any specific module within the team. Some of the key functions will be (not exhaustive) : Resolve Availability/Shepherd/SAS risks Peak readiness Activities Infra/Pipeline Maintenance ExecuteTicket Reduction Plan Rootcause/Troubleshoot the straightforward issues Creating or streamlining SOP to simplify an ambiguous solution Own COE to improve the systems make preapproved config changes (Arc launch). Engineer will be expected build/contribute to automations to improve the operational efficiency.

2 years of software development or 2 years of technical support experience
Experience troubleshooting and debugging technical systems
Experience in Unix
Experience scripting in modern program languages
Knowledge of web services distributed systems and web application development
Experience troubleshooting & maintaining hardware & software RAID
Experience with REST web services XML JSON
