Job Role Purpose
- Source quality accommodation and assess homestays for international students.
- Ensure student welfare and social needs are met during their studies.
- Coordinate ESOL admissions and compliance processes.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities
- Liaise with the International Centre Manager for accommodation needs.
- Conduct annual inspections of homestay accommodations.
- Act as the first point of contact for accommodation and welfare issues.
- Organize social programs and transport for international students.
Admissions & Finance
- Ensure timely completion of admissions processes for international ESOL students.
- Maintain accurate records and liaise with finance for homestay payments.
- Support international sales targets for homestay income generation.
Key Relationships
- Internal: International Centre Manager Head of Department Finance department.
- External: International students agents homestay providers.
Employee Profile
- Essential qualifications include GCSE Maths and English at grade 4/C or above.
- Experience in safeguarding customer service and administrative roles is required.
- Must be able to work unsociable hours and have a positive attitude towards diverse cultures.
