Job Description

Job Role Purpose

  • Source quality accommodation and assess homestays for international students.
  • Ensure student welfare and social needs are met during their studies.
  • Coordinate ESOL admissions and compliance processes.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities

  • Liaise with the International Centre Manager for accommodation needs.
  • Conduct annual inspections of homestay accommodations.
  • Act as the first point of contact for accommodation and welfare issues.
  • Organize social programs and transport for international students.

Admissions & Finance

  • Ensure timely completion of admissions processes for international ESOL students.
  • Maintain accurate records and liaise with finance for homestay payments.
  • Support international sales targets for homestay income generation.

Key Relationships

  • Internal: International Centre Manager Head of Department Finance department.
  • External: International students agents homestay providers.

Employee Profile

  • Essential qualifications include GCSE Maths and English at grade 4/C or above.
  • Experience in safeguarding customer service and administrative roles is required.
  • Must be able to work unsociable hours and have a positive attitude towards diverse cultures.
