What Youll Be Doing
- Delivering exciting and engaging lessons tailored to the needs of Year 3 students.

- Encouraging students to develop independence and a love for learning.
- Assessing progress regularly and providing constructive feedback to support student growth.
- Working collaboratively with colleagues to share ideas resources and best practices.
- Building strong relationships with parents and guardians keeping them updated on their childs progress.
- Taking an active role in school events meetings and professional development opportunities.
What Were Looking For
A qualified teacher with QTS (or equivalent).
Experience in KS2 particularly in Year 3 is desirable.
A strong knowledge of the National Curriculum and innovative teaching strategies.
A passion for creating an engaging and inclusive learning environment.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
A positive adaptable and enthusiastic approach to teaching.
