This hybrid role requires working from our London office in Fitzrovia twice a week.

Join our series A startup as Growth Ops Associate to help thousands of Nonprofits get access to funding!

Were looking for an exceptionally detailed handson processdriven Growth Ops Associate to own the smooth onboarding of charities onto our platform.

In this role youll play a critical part in ensuring that nonprofits receiving donations are eligible engaged and fully activated to receive funds. Youll execute this process endtoend from outreach and engagement to onboarding. Youll track performance across the signup funnel identify dropoff points and act as the goto person for resolving onboarding challenges.

As Growth Ops Associate your mission will be to:

  • Lead outreach efforts to identify and engage eligible nonprofit organisations across target regions.
  • Manage the full signup and onboarding process ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for nonprofits.
  • Own the nonprofit pipeline in our CRM keeping records accurate clean and up to date.
  • Monitor dropoff points in the funnel and execute reengagement strategies to recover leads.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of our platforms eligibility criteria and ensure all signups are qualified before handover.
  • Report regularly on KPIs such as conversion rate time to activation response rate and unverified NPO rate.
  • Collect onboarding feedback and improve processes based on insights.
  • Close collaboration with our teams in verification payment operations customer support marketing & partnerships and Data/CRM.

    After 3 months success will look like:

    • Audit and document the current nonprofit onboarding flow.
    • Establish and begin executing the outreach and engagement plan.
    • Create or refine the CRM structure to ensure full visibility of the NPO pipeline.
    • Identify and address key dropoff points in the onboarding funnel.
    • Set baseline metrics and begin reporting on KPIs (e.g. signup conversion time to activation response rate).
    • Build strong working relationships with Verification and Payments teams.

        This role is a perfect match for you if you have:

        • 35 years of experience in partnerships operations or outreachfocused role.
        • Proven ability to manage and optimize funnels pipelines or signup processes.
        • Experience working with CRM tools (e.g. Salesforce HubSpot Pipedrive).
        • Excellent communication and relationshipbuilding skills.
        • Analytical mindset comfortable using data to make decisions.
        • Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities in parallel.
        • Selfstarter able to work independently and thrive in fastpaced environments.

        Education/Certifications:

        • Bachelors degree.
        • Relevant courses (e.g. Salesforce Admin project management) are a plus.

            Bonus if you have knowledge or love of:

            • Experience working with or for nonprofit organisations or the social impact sector.
            • Familiarity with onboarding flows customer lifecycle journeys or sales funnels.
            • Experience in a startup or highgrowth environment.
            • Prior exposure to international nonprofit regulations or compliance processes.
