The Role
Are you an Early Career Teacher (ECT) with a passion for inspiring the next generation of Science Teachers We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Science Teacher to join our dynamic Science Department at a wellregarded state school in Walsall. This is a fantastic opportunity for an ECT to develop their skills and gain valuable experience in a supportive and encouraging environment.
As an ECT Science Teacher you will be teaching across Key Stages 3 and 4 with the possibility to progress to Key Stage 5 as your teaching career develops. Youll be joining a collaborative team of Science Teachers who are committed to providing engaging lessons that spark curiosity and foster a love of learning in our students.

What Were Looking For
We are looking for an ECT Science Teacher who:
Holds QTS and a relevant degree in a Science subject (Chemistry Biology Physics or a related field).
Is passionate about teaching Science and committed to inspiring students to reach their full potential.
Is excited to develop their teaching practice and is eager to learn from experienced Science Teachers.
Can deliver engaging and wellstructured Science lessons that create a positive learning environment.
Is enthusiastic about contributing to the wider school community and thriving in a collaborative teaching environment.
