Job Description
The Role:
- Fulltime Physics Teacher with the opportunity to take on leadership responsibilities within the Science Department.
- Lead the development and implementation of the Physics curriculum ensuring it meets the needs of all students.
- Mentor and support junior staff members providing guidance and professional development opportunities.
- Contribute to the strategic planning and development of the Science Department.
- Deliver outstanding Physics lessons fostering a passion for the subject among students.

- An experienced and highly motivated Physics specialist with a proven track record of leadership.
- Strong understanding of Physics curriculum and assessment requirements.

- Commitment to continuous improvement and a proactive approach to departmental leadership.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
- Degree in Physics or a related field.
- Significant experience teaching Physics at all key stages.
- Demonstrated leadership experience and a strong understanding of departmental management.
- Right to work in the UK.
