As a Sales Support Agent youll play a key role in ensuring customers receive topnotch service for home delivery of frozen food and wine. The role involves engaging with existing clients to manage orders inform them of any delivery changes and offer additional products while contributing to the overall success of the companys sales campaigns.
Your role
- Outbound Sales: Contact customers to update them on delivery schedule changes reschedule missed deliveries and gather orders for upcoming planned deliveries or holidays. Youll also have the opportunity to offer complementary products and special promotions during these calls.
- Inbound Support: Handle customer inquiries through phone or email including order placement appointment cancellations rescheduling delivery visits and addressing general questions about products or services.
- Customer Care: Maintain a high level of professionalism in all interactions ensuring both customer satisfaction and meeting company sales objectives.
Requirements
- A secondary school diploma is required.
- Previous experience in sales or the hospitality sector is advantageous.
- Nativelevel proficiency in Dutch or French is essential.
- Basic PC skills are required.
- References from previous employers may be requested if necessary.
