Your tasks
Are you passionate about efficient delivery processes bring a structured mindset and want to actively contribute to customer satisfaction Then wed love to hear from you! In this key role you will take charge of our carrier network across Europe ensuring toptier service quality throughout the entire customer journey. From managing tenders and introducing new shipping solutions to driving continuous operational improvements your impact will be felt every step of the way.
- You take over the management of all carriers in Europe and ensure high service quality across our network.
- You prepare and run MBRs & QBRs to ensure highest levels of quality at all times
- You own the tendering process within Europe to get the best service options aligned with our strategic targets
- You implement new carriers and service types including return processes.
- You live and breathe customer satisfactionand work continuously to improve operational excellence across the entire customer journey.
Your profile
- You have 35 years work experience in a similar role
- You are fluent in German and English.
- Youre commercially driven and customeroriented with solid contacts in the European carrier network.
- You bring a structured and organized working style a strong sense of responsibility and analytical thinking.
- Youre great with people a team player and enjoy crossfunctional collaboration.
