As we expand our global footprint were seeking a talented and driven marketing professional to spearhead our growth initiatives in the dynamic AsiaPacific (APAC) region.
We are looking for a critical GoToMarket (GTM) role focused on building awareness generating demand and driving measurable growth for Blackwall across the diverse APAC market. You will be the engine of our marketing efforts in the region blending strategic planning with handson across performance marketing demand generation and audience engagement initiatives. Youll work closely with regional sales counterparts and report to VPAPAC to establish and scale Blackwalls presence in key APAC countries.
Location: Remote based in Singapore/India/ Indonesia/Malaysia
Tasks
- Design implement and manage a datadriven GTM marketing plan tailored to the nuances of key APAC markets to achieve lead generation pipeline and revenue goals.
- Own the strategy and optimization of paid digital marketing campaigns across channels like Google Ads LinkedIn Ads and potentially other relevant regional platforms. Manage budgets track KPIs (CPL CPA ROI) and continuously A/B test creatives audiences and landing pages.
- Implement multichannel demand generation programs including SEO/SEM content marketing localization and promotion email marketing/nurturing webinars and events targeted at B2B tech/security audiences in APAC.
- Grow Blackwalls visibility and engagement within the APAC cybersecurity and tech communities (specially Hosting Service Providers Managed Service Providers and Cloud Service Providers) through targeted content distribution social media marketing and optimizing our web presence for regional search trends.
- Define key metrics monitor performance rigorously using tools like Google Analytics CRM and marketing automation platforms. Analyze results generate insightful reports and iterate on strategies based on data.
- Partner closely with the APAC sales team to ensure marketing efforts are aligned with sales objectives provide them with effective enablement materials and ensure smooth lead handoffs and followups.
- Stay abreast of market trends competitive landscape and channel opportunities within APAC. Adapt global messaging and campaigns for local relevance and cultural context.
- Adopt a growth mindset constantly experimenting with new channels tactics messaging and tools to drive efficient growth.
Requirements
- 35 years of experience in B2B marketing with a strong focus on digital marketing performance marketing and demand generation preferably within the SaaS Cloud or Cybersecurity industry.
- Proven track record of successfully planning and executing marketing campaigns targeting multiple countries within the APAC region.
- Deep understanding of the digital landscape and cultural nuances of key markets (e.g. India Singapore Australia ASEAN; Japan/Korea).
- Demonstrable handson expertise with core marketing technologies: Paid Advertising Platforms (Google Ads LinkedIn Ads essential) Web Analytics (Google Analytics expert level) Marketing Automation CRM SEO Tools
- Highly datadriven with the ability to analyze campaign performance draw actionable insights and present results clearly. Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets for data manipulation and reporting.
- Ability to translate business goals into effective marketing strategies and manage campaigns endtoend with strong attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Proven ability to work effectively with crossfunctional teams especially sales.
- A selfstarter who can thrive in a fastpaced environment manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing market dynamics.
- Bachelors degree in Marketing Business or a related field.

- Fluency in other major APAC languages (e.g. Japanese Korean Mandarin Bahasa).
