A leading design firm specializing in innovative and breathtaking aquatic projects including pools water features and thermal rooms. Were passionate about creating exceptional experiences and are seeking a talented and experienced Project Manager to join our dynamic team.
Job Description:
As a Project Manager at Aquatectonic youll be responsible for leading aquatic projects from conception to completion. Youll oversee all aspects of the project including design detailing and construction management ensuring projects are delivered on time within budget and to the highest standards.
Responsibilities:

Design and detail aquatic projects (pools water features thermal rooms).

Manage aquatic projects from conception to completion.

Oversee project teams including designers engineers and subcontractors.

Coordinate with clients architects and other stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met.

Resolve project issues and challenges and implement effective solutions.

Manage construction documents and construction management (CM) processes.
Qualifications:
-
Bachelors degree in Architecture or Engineering.

Proven experience in project management preferably in the aquatic or construction industry.

Strong leadership and communication skills.

Excellent problemsolving and decisionmaking skills.
-
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
-
Design knowledge in aquatics is a plus.

Required experience with construction documents and construction management (CM).

Pay: $85000.00 $90500.00 per year

Schedule: Monday to Friday

Location: White Plains NY 10606 (Inperson)

Relocation: Must be able to relocate to White Plains NY 10606 before starting work.
