Job Description: UX Researcher

Summary:
Atlantis University is seeking a talented and experienced UX Researcher to join our dynamic team. As a UX Researcher you will play a crucial role in understanding our users needs behaviors and motivations to inform product design decisions. If you are passionate about creating usercentered experiences and have a strong background in research methodologies we want to hear from you!
Responsibilities:
- Conduct user research to uncover insights and identify opportunities for product improvement
- Plan and execute usability studies surveys and other research methods to gather data
- Analyze and interpret research findings to inform design decisions
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to integrate user research into the product development process
- Create personas user journey maps and other artifacts to communicate research findings
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in HumanComputer Interaction Psychology or related field
- 3 years of experience in UX research or a related field
- Proficiency in research methodologies including usability testing surveys and interviews
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
