Job Description: UX Researcher

Department: User Experience

Reporting Structure: Head of User Experience

Summary:

Atlantis University is seeking a talented and experienced UX Researcher to join our dynamic team. As a UX Researcher you will play a crucial role in understanding our users needs behaviors and motivations to inform product design decisions. If you are passionate about creating usercentered experiences and have a strong background in research methodologies we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct user research to uncover insights and identify opportunities for product improvement
  • Plan and execute usability studies surveys and other research methods to gather data
  • Analyze and interpret research findings to inform design decisions
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to integrate user research into the product development process
  • Create personas user journey maps and other artifacts to communicate research findings

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in HumanComputer Interaction Psychology or related field
  • 3 years of experience in UX research or a related field
  • Proficiency in research methodologies including usability testing surveys and interviews
  • Strong analytical and problemsolving skills
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
