This is a remote position.
As the Customer Success Specialist you will serve as the main point of contact for customers handling their inquiries regarding services products and installations. Operating both in the warehouse and out on the farm you will play a crucial role in ensuring our clients satisfaction establishing yourself as a trusted advisor and advocate for their success.
Your key responsibility will be to understand our clients needs and challenges postsale and to proactively address them. You will work closely with internal teams to ensure the smooth delivery of our services installation of our product and to identify areas for improvement.
As a member of a remote team you must communicate effectively with your colleagues feel comfortable raising issues or questions and offer insights.
Work Environment & Expectations
While this is a workfromhome position it is important to note that this is a fulltime role not a freelance or flexiblehour arrangement. You will be expected to work a fixed shift and maintain a high level of professionalism and accountability just as you would in an office environment.
This role requires:
Discipline and commitment to set working hours (strict shift times not flexible)
Use of time tracking software during work hours
Active participation in team and client calls with your camera ON
Consistent availability and responsiveness throughout your shift
Treating this as a longterm fulltime job not a side gig or freelance task
Payroll is processed bimonthly.
