Job Description
We are looking for a dynamic and selfmotivated Business Development Partner for France.
What You Will Do:
- Establish first contact with potential clients and introduce our services
- Understand client needs provide tailored recruitment solutions and prepare proposals
- Manage contract negotiations and secure client agreements
- Work efficiently with Talent Partners to source the right candidate for the right job
- Utilize Workforce Global CRM tool to follow up on clients and provide regular reports.
- Represent Workforce Global with a professional attitude.
This is a fully commissionbased opportunity with a remote and flexible working model. The ideal candidate will confidently represent our brand and build trusted longterm partnerships with clients under the umbrella of a corporate and professional recruitment company. This is a remote position.
