Job Description
- Manage and oversee the full spectrum of HR functions for assigned clients.
- Manage fullcycle recruitment and facilitate the onboarding process for new employees.
- Assist clients in developing HR strategies policies and procedures aligned with their business objectives and industry best practices.
- Implement learning and development processes for client teams.
- Conduct internal and client employee relations
- Ensure compliance with relevant employment laws and regulations advising clients on HR compliance requirements and best practices.
- Design and implement performance management systems and processes to drive employee engagement development and accountability.
- Provide expert guidance and advice to designated clients on a wide range of HR matters including recruitment employee relations performance management training and development.
- Prepare regular HR reports and metrics to track key HR performance indicators such as turnover rates engagement scores and diversity metrics.

Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources Management Business Administration or a related field.
- Minimum of 23 years of experience in HR roles. Background in HR consulting or advisory services would be an added advantage.
- Affiliation with a HR Association such as CIPM will be an added advantage
- Demonstrated expertise in providing strategic HR solutions and services
- Excellent clientfacing and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and communicate effectively with clients at all levels.
- Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple client engagements simultaneously
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Strong proficiencies in Microsoft office tools including Excel Word and Power point
