The Role:
Our leading law firm client is seeking a fulltime Receptionist/Hospitality Representative for its Midtown New York office. The position is Monday through Friday from 10:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.
Job duties include managing highvolume phone communication greeting clients reserving and setting up conference rooms and maintaining kitchen pantries. The ideal candidate will have strong computer skills and the ability to handle administrative tasks such as light typing photocopying filing and assisting with special projects as needed.
