Job Description
As a digital content producer you will play a vital role in delivering highquality impactful content across multiple channels and formats. Working within our inhouse team you will support the wider content team by managing traffic for content briefs and coordinating the digital content production process leveraging internal resource and external vendors as to per the briefs requirements. Youll also collaborate closely with the senior designer on creative projects including graphic design and video production bringing fresh ideas and an eye for detail to every task.
With creative flair and technical skills you will help ensure each piece of content aligns with our brand standards resonates with our customers and delivers measurable results. Your willingness to learn and adapt will make you a key player in developing multimedia content and our inhouse capabilities.
This broad role requires a collaborative spirit excellent organisational skills and a proactive attitude to delivering work that informs inspires and drives action. By contributing to Fastmarkets content strategy you will directly support our business goals and strengthen our brand.
PRINCIPLE ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Content production: Support the senior manager and assist in creation and delivery of highquality digital content ensuring it aligns with Fastmarkets brand identity and meets project objectives.
- Brief traffic management: Coordinate and manage the content brief process ensuring tasks are allocated tracked and delivered on time.
- Photo and video production support: Collaborate with senior designer on photo and video projects including preproduction shooting and editing ensuring videos are engaging.
- Creative contribution: Work with key stakeholders to lead the development and measurement of our podcast franchise and bring a creative eye to content production ensuring work is compelling and meets brand guidelines.
- Innovative thinking: A willingness to develop new skills particularly in video shooting production and AI tools and experiment with new formats and share learnings.
- Collaboration: Work closely with key stakeholders across the business to understand objectives provide updates and deliver results.
- Quality assurance: Maintain quality control over all digital content outputs ensuring they reflect Fastmarkets high standards and branding.

Qualifications :
Fastmarkets is seeking a motivated creative and organized individual who thrives in a fastpaced environment. Key requirements include:
- Experience and attitude: 13 years of experience in content production or project management with an allrounder mindset and a proactive approach to creative problemsolving.
- Content production skills: A creative eye for design with handson experience in Adobe Creative Suite especially InDesign and Canva.
- Video production interest: An eagerness to be handson and learn video shooting and production techniques. Ideally you will have some demonstrable foundational experience in this area.
- Excellent organisational abilities: Strong skills in managing tasks or workflows ensuring content briefs are handled efficiently and delivery on schedule. Experience with or similar workflow tools is a plus.
- Communication skills: The ability to articulate ideas and collaborate with internal stakeholders and ensure alignment on project goals and work is delivered to agreed deadlines.
- Attention to detail: A meticulous approach to quality assurance ensuring all digital outputs are errorfree and onbrand.
- Team player: Comfortable working collaboratively in a crossfunctional team environment to achieve shared objectives.
