Every Word Code is currently seeking a motivated and detailoriented Call Center Representative to join our team in Dallas TX. In this role you will serve as the first point of contact for customers providing accurate information resolving issues efficiently and ensuring a positive customer experience.
Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound calls in a courteous and professional manner
Assist customers with inquiries complaints and product or service information
Accurately document customer interactions and update records
Identify customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
Follow company scripts and guidelines to maintain service quality
Collaborate with team members and supervisors to improve overall customer satisfaction
Qualifications :
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent
Previous experience in a call center or customer service environment preferred
Excellent verbal communication and listening skills
Strong problemsolving abilities and attention to detail
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Basic computer skills and familiarity with call center software
