Job Description
Every role at Trove Brands is critical to our successful functioning as a whole. Your specific responsibilities as a part of Team Trove will include:
- Oversee daily operations ensuring tasks are completed accurately and on time. Conduct performance reviews and oneonone meetings with employees.
- Monitor and track team KPIs ensuring performance aligns with expectations and goals.
- Oversee the creation scheduling and verification of purchase orders to ensure timely delivery and accuracy.
- Conduct regular audits of internal processes ensuring compliance and identifying areas for improvement.
- Handle various administrative tasks related to purchasing invoicing and payment collection as required.
Qualifications :
We seek team members who are adept at contributing their personal expertise to a collaborative work environment. For this role were looking for someone with the following skills and experience:
- Proven ability to supervise and motivate a team ensuring goals are met in a timely and efficient manner.
- Strong focus on accuracy particularly with purchase orders bills of material and order verification.
- Experience auditing processes and identifying opportunities for improvement to enhance efficiency and compliance.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for effective coordination with team members vendors and other departments.
- Ability to identify issues quickly and take proactive steps to resolve them in a fastpaced environment.
