Job Description
As a Driver Recruiter you will be responsible for:
- Respond to inquiries from prospective drivers and conduct phone prescreening for potential candidates
- Conduct background checks on qualified candidates
- Have knowledge of MVR and DAC reports
- 13 years of experience in transportation recruiting or safety is a plus.
Qualifications :
A Successful Recruiter must consistently demonstrate the companys Mission and Values. They must have good oral and written communication skills in order to effectively interact with customers drivers and other team members in person and on the telephone. They must be customer serviceoriented as well as teamoriented and must have good organizational skills. A successful Recruiter must be able to effectively manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Finally they must be able to work a flexible schedule when needed to including weekends evenings and holidays.

- Microsoft Office knowledge
- Previous work experience in customer service or sales is preferred
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Must be detail oriented and have a great interpersonal skill
