Main Purpose:
- To support the development and growth of profitable new business
- Develop and maintain effective key client relationships.
- Coordinating with the Business Development Team
- To ensure proposals are delivered in accordance with the organizational strategy.
Responsibilities
- New business development for Project Management Vertical.
- Identification and segregation of potential market segments
- Revenue generation through new account development and key account management
- Handling meeting with clients
- Develop relevant business proposals and present to for potential clients
- Preparation and submission of commercial proposals
- Attention to detail and timely submissions
- Review and respond to RFP
- Regular feedback on potential clients to Management & Stakeholders.
Accountabilities
Contribute to the development and refinement of Companys vision and strategy
- Support the overall process of management and corporate decisionmaking to ensure the organization maximizes its short medium and longterm profitability
- Support team to ensure proposals are delivered in accordance with the organizational strategy.
- Support to develop review and report on the business development activities ensuring the strategic objectives are well understood and executed
- Coordinate and work along with PMC team
Qualifications :
- Graduate or MBA (Sales & Marketing) preferred .
- Worked with established firms of similar nature
- Technical knowledge of PMC / Turnkey process
- Minimum 5 years experience in Business Development
