Job Description
Communicating with partners regarding order fulfillment readiness for shipment production delays and changes in delivery schedules and timelines
Ensuring the receipt of permits for customs clearance (quarantine environmental radiological sanitary inspection) as required by applicable legislation
Maintaining records of the of all foreign economic contracts related to the export/import of the companys products and goods under contracts
Preparing materials for concluding contracts with foreign companies and organizing the registration of foreign economic contracts with registration authorities when required by law
Organizing transport and logistics services for the delivery of materials and goods determining the type of transport method of delivery and transportation routes to ensure timely fulfillment of orders; planning transportation processes in coordination with warehouse and production processes based on needs
Handling requests for nonstandard shipments analyzing and selecting the best offers from carriers
Qualifications :
English language proficiency at B1 level or higher
Experience working with 1C software
Confident PC user (MS Office Internet)
Knowledge of business communication etiquette
Resultoriented
Ability to set and prioritize tasks effectively
Ability to work with large volumes of information
Ability to seek and propose solutions
Stress resistance
Multitasking skills ability to quickly switch between tasks
Proactive communicative and initiativedriven
Desire for professional selfdevelopment and continuous learning
