The Practice Manager (PM) is responsible for the daytoday operations administration and business management of their NATIVE HEALTH clinic. The Practice Manager ensures that the practice runs efficiently meets quality standards and delivers accessible holistic patientcentered care. The PM models the NATIVE HEALTH values of the C.I.R.C.L.E. for patients and staff. The PM is the liaison between healthcare providers staff patients and external partners fostering a collaborative and PATIENTFOCUSED environment. The PM is responsible for recruiting training supervising and evaluating their team.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
- The Practice Manager directs coordinates and manages all operations associated with their clinic site.
- The Practice manager is accountable for the practices financial viability.
- The Practice Manager collaborates with all levels of administration to promote patient health and safety and supports the clinics financial compliance quality and human resources objectives.

Qualifications :
QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE/REQUIREMENTS:
- A bachelors degree in business healthcare administration or a related field is required. A masters degree is preferred.
- Three years of supervisory/management experience required. Two years must be in a Healthcare Social Services or Primary Care/Family Medicine setting.
- Two years of experience with operational or fiscal oversight of government programs contracts and/or grants is required.
- Three years of operational experience in a customer/patientdriven environment. Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a plus.
- Experience in NextGen electronic health record (EHR) preferred.
Standard Employment Requirements:
- Must possess a valid and unrestricted Arizona drivers license (within 30 days of hire if applicant is from outofstate) with no DUI/DWI or reckless driving convictions in the last five years. No more than two atfault accidents in the last three years. Must maintain a valid Arizona drivers license during employment. Must be insurable under NATIVE HEALTHs liability auto policy.
- Must pass a criminal background check and obtain a Class I Fingerprint Clearance Card within the initial ninety 90 calendar days of employment and retain a valid card while employed with NATIVE HEALTH.
- Must pass substance abuse testing upon employment and submit to random testing during employment.
- Must provide an updated immunization (IZ) record at the time of employment.
- Must have a current (within 12 months) Tuberculosis (TB) skin report upon employment and provide an annual update.
- Must obtain BLS certification within 90 calendar days of employment and maintain certification during employment.
