Job Description
What youll do:
**Experience working on a similar size Service Transition / Target Operating Model / Operational Readiness Program is highly desirable**
Collaborate with business partners technology groups suppliers and customer groups to elicit analyse prioritise validate document and communicate business requirements.
Facilitate workshops to understand and identify business processessystemsresource gaps and capacity needs and opportunities understand AsIs and ToBe states and work closely with Business SMEs and Project team to recommend solutionsrequirements for future state Operating Model.
Work closely with the Project Manager to contribute to define project scope project requirements stakeholder maps suitable delivery timelines project risk and issues and interdependencies.
Develop detailed Business Process Specifications Business Requirements and System Functional/Non Functional Specifications that will drive the desired change to business process system enhancement/development activities; in accordance with the Business Analysis process framework.
Contribute to analyzing the potential effects of new or changed business processesnew ways of working gaps systems and people on the business team members and stakeholders.
Developing comprehensive plans and strategies to ensure a smooth transition and adoption of changes in preparation for transition. Contribute to business case preparation specifically analysis of benefits of proposed solution to deliver desired business outcome and associated project costs.
Develop and maintain appropriately detailed business analysis artefacts and deliverables throughout the lifecycle of a project ensuring they meet the agreed quality standards and fulfil the project reporting needs to support effective governance and audit requirements.
Support Testing Training and Implementation activities to ensure the successful delivery of the overall business and technology solutions.
Qualifications :
Essential
Proven experience 510 years) as a Senior Business Analyst or similar role preferably within large scale transformation programs and specific knowledge of Divestments/Operational Transition/Target Operating Model.
Knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g. PMBOK Agile).
Knowledge of business analysis tools and techniques (e.g. JIRA Confluence).
Excellent communication time management and organisational skills.
Ability to work well in a team environment and collaborate effectively with others.
Strong problemsolving and analytical skills.
Proficient in the use of applications including but not limited to presentation spreadsheet and word processing applications.
Desirable
Relevant business and/or technology tertiary qualifications.
Retail and/or FMCG experience.
Business Analysis Certification CBAP certification or equivalent.
Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certification or equivalent.
