Youll join your colleagues in our London office at least 2 days a week.

Joining us as a Strategic Initiatives Manager
As a Strategic Initiatives Manager you will be empowered to make a significant impact contributing to the overall success and growth of the company. This role offers a unique opportunity to be at the forefront of strategic decisionmaking within our organization giving you the chance to influence key business outcomes drive innovation and lead transformative projects.

This is some of what you can expect to be doing:
- Leverage your extensive experience with customer financial and technical data to conduct market research and analysis driving strategic goals
- Lead and support strategic initiatives with a focus on datadriven decisionmaking utilising your excellent data extraction transformation and modelling skills
- Advise on market trends competitors opportunities and threats to support strategic goal planning and outline company strategy priorities and objectives
- Assist and deputise for the Head of Rollout Optimisation emphasising data management and strategic planning through robust data analysis and modelling
What youll bring to the role
You will have proven experience in strategic planning or consulting with expertise in infrastructure utilities or management consultancy.
Youll also have:
- Proficiency in SQL R QGIS for data extraction transformation and modelling with advanced Excel skills for analysis and visualisation.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with experience influencing Csuite members and effectively highlighting risks and opportunities during change management initiatives.
- Strong organisational skills project management expertise and strategy experience in European Telco or consumer markets ideally in infrastructure or utilities
