Support the rollout of sales training programmes including technology/solutions we sell sales techniques soft skills and the updating of the commercial onboarding programme.
Work closely with relevant SMEs across Version 1 to translate complex technical topics into engaging and accessible online content through user interfaces graphics illustrations animations video and/or simulations for elearning courseware.
Take the lead in designing and developing bitesized learning using contentauthoring tools.
Manage the endtoend training programme process with learners to ensure an excellent learning experience.
Training Needs Data and Analysis
Conduct training needs analysis to identify gaps in sales skills knowledge and effectiveness.
Support the L&D Commercial Head to identify where targeted training is required to improve revenue growth.
Training Content and Stakeholder Engagement
Engage with stakeholders in sales delivery and our tech teams to brief gather and coordinate the creation of sales enablement material.
Perform full quality checks and testing of eLearning courses in the Learning Management System (LMS) environment.
Serve as the expert in the L&D Commercial team for graphic design and multimedia development.
Apply expert knowledge of adult learning principles and theories to the development of course activities and interactions.
Ensure all courses adhere to development standards and best practices.
Develop and test innovative prototypes for eLearning development tools and methodologies.
Training Performance Management
Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through assessments surveys and feedback.
Analyse training data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Provide recommendations for enhancing training programs based on evaluation results.
